Dinverastrio Medios S.L. (hereinafter, 'Dinverastrio' or 'we'), with Tax ID B-87654321 and registered office at Calle de la Energía Verde, 42, 3rd floor, 28013 Madrid, Spain, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website (dinverastrio.com).
1. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide when completing the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message. We do not collect data automatically beyond the technical data strictly necessary for the operation of the site (anonymised IP address, browser type and operating system), always subject to your prior consent when it comes to analytical or advertising cookies.
2. Purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: (a) responding to enquiries you send us through the contact form; (b) sending you, with your express consent, the weekly Eco Bulletin with information on ecology, renewable energy and agrotechnology; (c) complying with legal obligations applicable to us.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: (a) your consent, given when completing the form and, where applicable, when subscribing to the bulletin (Article 6.1.a GDPR); (b) Dinverastrio's legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries (Article 6.1.f GDPR); (c) compliance with legal obligations where applicable (Article 6.1.c GDPR).
4. Data retention
Your data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, subsequently, during the applicable legal limitation periods. Bulletin data will be kept until you withdraw your consent. In any case, we will proceed to delete or anonymise your data when it is no longer necessary or relevant.
5. Data recipients
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except where legally required. We may use data processors (web hosting providers, email services) who process data exclusively on our behalf and with the contractual guarantees required by the GDPR.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to privacidad@dinverastrio.com or by post to our address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.
